For the TRAVEL AGENT, users may book the requisite through a direct connection to the agents (third parties) . As a result, the booking will be made directly with the travel agent booking site and not on the packagefy sites. Thus packagefy is not the travel operator or the contractual party for the users, but only as a bridge connecting a traveller to a travel agent. By making a booking on the website of the third party, users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of that booking site. These terms and conditions can be viewed on the website of the third party or can be asked at the time of booking. Once a booking is made on the website of a third party, a contract is concluded between the booking site and the user, and not between the user and packagefy. packagefy is no contractual party to the agents booking and any claims of the user under the travel agent reservation are to be asserted against the third party (the booking site) and not against packagefy.com.
Packagefy is not liable for the accuracy, quality, credibility of content provided by users and/or travel agent. In particular, there are referrals from packagefy regarding the selection of travel agent.
All agreements that arise through this service are between the packagefy user and the respective external booking travel agent site. In particular, packagefy does not act as travel agency at any time. The terms and conditions of the respective travel agency apply especially at the time of cancelation and to withdraw. packagefy remains uninvolved in such contractual arrangements.
Packagefy does not verify the accuracy of content uploaded by travel agent or the members of that Community. This content is provided by travel agent/Community for publication on our website with reference to the respective agent. packagefy has no influence on this information, in particular, packagefy does not claim this content as its own.
The current terms and conditions when using packagefy apply. Registered users may receive notifications about changes by email. Users may download and print the current terms and conditions on their own computer system.
